Product design and development to create unique and cost-effective solutions for Malibu helm systems. Concept creation, ergonomic mockups, and product merchandising — delivering results that directly improve margin across the portfolio.
The outcome is a suite of Malibu selling packages that create better margin for each respective boat model, from the Wakesetter line through to the M-Series — balancing premium design with manufacturing efficiency at scale.
