Bryan Dawley is a design-led product executive with over two decades of experience building category-defining products across marine, action sports, and premium hardgoods. Bryan operates at the intersection of design vision and business strategy — equally at home sketching concepts as he is shaping 5-year roadmaps. He has led multi-brand portfolios exceeding $1B in annual revenue, building high-performing teams and delivering products that define what a category looks like next. The work has taken him from factories in Asia to dealer floors across the globe — including extensive experience as a de facto sourcing agent, vetting suppliers, negotiating with overseas manufacturers, and managing quality control across Asia, the UAE, and EU markets. But the obsession has always been the same: make something better than what existed before.
