Project Overview

Concept creation, product design, and development of an integrated board rack system for Malibu boat towers — engineered to securely accommodate wakeboards, wakesurfers, and foil boards within a single solution.

Developed in close collaboration with mechanical engineers, the design emphasizes intuitive operation, cross-board adaptability, and seamless tower integration — while maintaining a refined visual language consistent with the Malibu brand. A pivoting mechanism enables compact stowage, minimizing rack footprint when not in use.

The result is a streamlined storage solution that reduces clutter, improves accessibility, and delivers durability without compromising aesthetics — enhancing both functionality and the overall Malibu ownership experience.
