Project Overview
Concept design and development of the Regal 4460 and 4860 express cruiser platform, supporting exterior surfacing, interior layout, and CAD development across the full lineup from concept through production ready deliverables.
Responsibilities spanned 3D CAD modeling, FRP part creation and engineering, production blueprint development, and translation of design data for plug builders within the R&D shop, ensuring design intent was maintained through tooling and assembly with production ready CAD surfaces aligned to engineering and manufacturing constraints.
