Project Overview
A helm seating concept for Axis Wake Research that reimagines operator comfort through an integrated lower damping system benchmarked against high-performance running shoe cushioning, using energy absorbing materials and controlled flex zones to reduce impact loads transmitted from the hull.
The system disperses repetitive wave shock through the seat assembly, helping maintain operator control, visibility, and reduced fatigue in rough water conditions, improving both safety and long duration comfort at speed.
